Belize Day

Em and I were roller blading at Pope John Paul this evening and out of the blue Emelda said "mom, Belize day was a very special day for me". My heart warmed immediately! I thought it was such a downer. When I asked her what she liked about it, she said "I got to eat the food I like"!!! It truly is the little things that make kids happy!
